Three to five working days in the continental US. Furniture ships freight and takes seven to ten, with a delivery window you choose rather than one we assign.
Thirty days, unused, in the original packaging, and we pay the return shipping. Made-to-order finishes are the exception and are marked as such at checkout.
To the UK, EU, Canada and Japan. Duties are calculated at checkout and paid up front, so nothing arrives with a bill attached to it.
Brass and smoked oak finishes are, and add about three weeks. Everything else ships from stock in Brooklyn.
Yes — the Brooklyn studio is open Thursday to Saturday, and eleven stockists carry parts of the range. Both are listed on the stockists page.
Yes, for architects, interior designers and hospitality projects. Email us with the project and we will set up an account rather than make you fill in a portal.
Care
One instruction per object.
- Halo Pendant Dust with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents on the powder coat.
- Arc Floor Lamp Wipe with a damp cloth. The base will patina at the edges; this is expected.
- Cairn Side Table Re-oil once a year. Wipe spills promptly; oak marks with standing water.
- Column Stool Re-oil once a year. Suitable for occasional outdoor use under cover.
- Prism Vase Hand wash. Not dishwasher safe — the thermal shock will craze the faces.
- Meridian Mirror Clean with glass cleaner on a cloth, never sprayed directly at the frame joint.
- Quarry Bowl Dishwasher and oven safe to 200°C. Do not put on a direct flame.
- Facet Carafe Hand wash. The cut lip will dull in a dishwasher.
Shipping & returns
The terms, in plain language.
Shipping. $18 standard, free over $250, and $35 for express — which is never free, because it genuinely costs us that. Furniture ships freight and takes seven to ten days on either option; we call to agree a window rather than assigning you one.
Tax. 8.5% is applied to goods and shipping, which is how most US states actually work. It is shown before you reach the last step, not after.
Returns. 30 days, unused, in the original packaging, and we pay the return postage. Brass and smoked oak are made to order and are excluded; both are marked as such on the product page and again at checkout.
Damage in transit. Photograph it before you unpack anything else and email us. We replace rather than repair, and we do not ask you to ship the broken one back first.

Forma is a fictional brand built to demonstrate commerce design. Nothing can be purchased, no payment details are requested at any point, and the cart exists only in your own browser.
